ABILENE, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's tennis team earned a quarterfinal win in the 2023 American Southwest Conference Women's Championship Tournament Thursday afternoon in Abilene. The Cru earned a 5-2 win over East Texas Baptist University to advance to the semifinals.

Abbey Faggard took No. 3 doubles. The Cru then won lines one, three and four to take the 5-2 win over the Tigers. UMHB faces Hardin-Simmons University in the ASC semifinals on Friday, April 28
th at 2 p.m.
