in a 3-1 match Saturday afternoon in Houston. This closed out the Cru's regular season schedule, finishing with a record of 21-7. The Celts fell to an overall record of 12-15.

The Cru started off the first set with two kills from
Baylee Mobley and one from
Kendall Harrington to hold an early 3-0 lead. The Cru maintained the upper hand, going on a five-point run to put UMHB up 12-4. This scoring streak included kills from
Cameron Pesek,
Raylee Schaffner and
Abby Caron. The Celts cut into the lead but were unable to catch up. The Cru closed out the 25-17 set win with another Pesek kill. The Celts gained a quick 14-4 lead to take charge of the second set after a seven-point run. UMHB was unable to respond, dropping the match 25-10, knotting the match at one set each. The Cru came out swinging in the third set with back-to-back kills from Harrington and
Sifa Olang, followed by two Celts attack errors giving UMHB a 4-0 lead. Olang and Mobley added two more kills to put the Cru up 6-0. After St. Thomas began closing the gap at the 9-5 mark, UMHB responded with another four-point run, raising the score 13-5. The Cru held on and sealed the 25-20 third-set victory with another kill from Harrington and an attack error from the Celts. UMHB took quick control of the fourth set, jumping to an early 9-1 lead. The Cru held the advantage for the remainder of the set winning it 25-18, securing the 3-1 match victory.

Kendall Harrington tacked on a triple-double with 14 kills, 21 assists and 23 digs in the match.
Baylee Mobley added another double-double recording 18 kills and 11 digs.
Peyton Sedlacek tallied eight kills with an attacking percentage of .333, followed by
Cameron Pesek who recorded seven kills of her own.
Caiden Lasala led the Cru defensively with 27 digs.
Caitlyn Ellenburg also tacked on 19 assists on the evening.
