Josie Bruder has been named American Southwest Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of January 4
th - 11
th.
Bruder, a senior forward from Plano, 50 points over two games for the Cru, shooting 46.7 percent from the field. Bruder made nine three-pointers with 13 free throws, adding 11 rebounds and five total steals. She scored a personal-best 29 points against the University of St. Thomas before scoring 21 at United States Coast Guard Academy.
Bruder was also named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week.
