BELTON, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's tennis team placed three athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District teams, released Tuesday.
Lori Bryan, a senior from Allen, graduated with a 3.99 GPA as a business major. Bryan was also named American Southwest Conference First Team Flight 4 Singles and First Team Flight 3 Doubles. Bryan earned 10 wins in singles play with a 12-2 record in doubles this season. She went undefeated in both singles and doubles against ASC opponents and was an ASC All-Tournament selection.
Jolin Ha, a junior from Sugar Land, holds a 3.65 as a nursing major. Ha earned ASC First Team Flight 1 Doubles this season, collecting nine total wins on the year.
Bailee Lane, junior from Lindale, was also an ASC First Team Flight 3 Singles and First Team Flight 1 Doubles selection. Lane collected seven doubles wins and nine singles victories this year. She went 3-0 in ASC singles play with a 2-1 record in doubles. Lane holds a 3.92 as a physical therapy major.
UMHB went 12-6 this season, winning the program's first American Southwest Conference title.
