Biography

Jasmine has been a key contributor on the backrow for the Cru in each of the past two seasons and she should once again be a vital part of the Cru rotation at defensive specialist. Jasmine was an Academic All-ASC selection last year after finishing with 155 digs and 14 service aces. She also recorded seven kills and an assist Jasmine finished with 103 digs and four service aces as a freshman, appearing in 51 games.
Jasmine was an All-District volleyball and soccer player at Carencro High School. She was also team captain in both sports. Jasmine is the daughter of Lorraine and Jude Austin and she is the younger sister of former UMHB soccer players Jude and Julius Austin. Jasmine is majoring in communications at UMHB.
