2012-13: Started in all 25 games … Averaged 10.1 points and 10.0 rebounds per game … led the Cru in offensive rebounds (116) and minutes (720) … recorded 10 double-doubles. 2011-12: Played in 23 games, making 20 starts ... Averaged 5.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per contest ... added 21 assists and 14 steals. 2010-11: Started one game and played in 17 ... Averaged 4.4 points and 2.6 rebounds per game ... Added six assists and a steal.

Jovana is studying computer studies at UMHB. She was a four-year letterman at Luling High School, where she was named first-team all-district four years. Jovana earned Second Team All-West Division and All-West Defensive Team honors last season. She is the daughter of Glenn and Monica Miles.

Jovana’s favorite professional sports team is the Miami Heat and her favorite athlete is Lebron James. Jovana hopes to go into the Information Technology field after graduation. Her favorite movie is Love & Basketball and her favorite food is Chinese. Most people don’t know that Jovana can’t swim. She enjoys hip-hop, R&B and gospel music. Jovana, who goes by Jo, credits her family as having the biggest influence on her as a person and an athlete.
