2020c: Played in all five games … totaled 12 tackles with one tackle for loss and one breakup. 2019: D3football.com All-America Second Team and All-South Region First Team ... All-ASC First Team ... started all 13 games at cornerback ... recorded 72 total tackles, intercepted four passes and broke up five others ... returned 11 punts for a 16.2 yard average and a touchdown ... also averaged 18.5 yards per return on four kickoff returns ... recorded a career-best 10 tackles against UWW ... scored two touchdowns against Redlands on a 64-yard punt return and a 26-yard interception return. 2018: Started all 15 games at cornerback ... recorded 60 tackles, intercepted four passes and broke up six others ... posted season-high nine tackles in Semifinal win over UWW ... returned a blocked field goal for a TD against Belhaven. 2017: Spent the season at UMHB. 2016 - 2015: Was out of football and attended Central Texas College for one year. 2014: Recorded 32 tackles and broke up a pass as a cornerback at Mississippi Valley State University.

Keith is studying fitness and wellness promotion at UMHB. He played football and baseball at Ellison High School. Keith is the son of Stephen and Nicole Mercer.
