2021: USC First Team All-Region X … ASC Midfielder of the Year … First Team All-ASC … Academic All-ASC selection … ASC Co-Offensive Player of the Week (Oct. 18th) … started in 16 contests … anchored UMHB’s midfield with 1,357 minutes played … scored three goals with two against Belhaven (Oct. 16) … put 12 shots on frame … led the Cru in assists with seven. 2020c: First Team All-ASC ... played 818 minutes at center midfielder ... started all nine contests ... scored one goal at Concordia Texas (March 19) ... added assist against Ottawa (Feb. 8) ... put nine total shots on frame ... played six 90+ minute contests. 2019: USC First Team All-West Region ... First Team All-ASC ...  started in 18 games ... scored goals against Louisiana College (Oct. 19) and Hardin-Simmons (Oct. 28) ... added four assists ... played 1,573 minutes in the midfield. 2018: Second Team All-ASC … Started all 21 games at midfielder … anchored UMHB’s midfield with 1,746 minutes played as a freshman … played nine games of 90+ minutes … put seven shots on goal.   
 
Nick is a nursing major at UMHB. He played soccer at John B. Connally High School, where he was named District Midfield MVP, All-Region and All-District. Nick was also an academic all-state selection and participated in HOSA, NHS, FCCLA and Rotary Interact. He is the son of Mario and Eva Villanueva.
