2022: Sat out the season. 2021: Played in four games. 2020c: Played in all five games … totaled seven tackles with one tackle for loss and 0.5 sacks.  2019: Split the season between the varsity and the junior varsity program.

Courtney was an all-district football player and Newcomer of the Year at Manor High School, where he also lettered in baseball, basketball, powerlifting, soccer and track and field. He is a business marketing major at UMHB. Courtney is the son of Courtney and Katrina Patridge-Lee.
