Welcome to UMHB Athletics Compliance
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Athletics Compliance Office is committed to promoting a culture of integrity and ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional regulations. Our mission is to educate student-athletes, coaches, administrators, alumni, supporters, and the campus community regarding NCAA rules while supporting the success and eligibility of UMHB student-athletes. The Athletics Compliance Office coordinates, monitors, and verifies compliance with NCAA, conference, and University requirements and serves as a resource for questions regarding eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, transfers, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), and other compliance-related matters.

About NCAA Division III
NCAA Division III institutions place the highest priority on the overall educational experience of student-athletes. Athletics participation is viewed as an integral part of the educational experience and complements academic achievement, leadership development, and campus involvement.
Division III student-athletes compete for the love of the game while pursuing excellence in the classroom and preparing for success beyond graduation.

NCAA Resources Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires institutions participating in federal student financial assistance programs and sponsoring intercollegiate athletics programs to annually report information regarding athletics participation and financial support.
