Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Austin is a business major at UMHB. He was a football, baseball, basketball, track and golf athlete at Tioga High School. Austin was named District Offensive MVP in football his sophomore year, also collecting all-district honors in basketball and baseball. As a junior, Austin was named all-district in football, basketball and baseball with all-Texoma and all-state honors in football as well. He capped his high school career with all-district awards in football and baseball with another all-Texoma honor in football. He was also named All-Texoma Track Athlete of the Year and helped his team to a state championship in the 4x200. Austin’s team also placed second in the 4x100 and he finished fourth individually in the 200. Austin was also an academic all-district and all-state selection. He is the son of Bill and Kelli Norwood.
