Biography

Chase is an engineering major at UMHB. He played football and threw shot put at Midland Legacy High School. Chase was named LHS Defensive MVP, All-Midland Reporter Team, All-Permian Basin Team, LHS Defensive Lineman of the Year and all-district. He was also a three-time academic all-district selection and earned academic all-state honors. Chase also participated in choir. He is the son of John and Sherri Barton.
