Herman Lee joined the Cru as a graduate assistant in July 2025. He earned a degree in sports leadership and management from McMurry University in 2025 after a four-year playing career with the War Hawks. Lee was a three-time all-conference selection, leading the conference and the school in sacks in 2022. Herman is the son of Herman Lee Jr. and Susan Lee.
