Robert Rone joined the Cru coaching staff in 2025. He is a retired member of the United States Military and coached high school football at Ooltewah High School in Chattanooga. He was also named Coach of the Year by the NFL for flag football. Robert played collegiately at Middle Tennessee State University before earning a degree in health science with a minor in coaching from Texas Tech University. He and his wife, Amanda, have four kids: Ashton, Wyatt, Kaidenn and Bentlee.
