2025: Second Team All-ASC … played in all 10 games … totaled 46 tackles with 22 solo tackles … tallied two tackles for loss … recorded interceptions against Texas Wesleyan (Oct. 18) and Hardin-Simmons (Nov. 8) … added fumble recovery against Howard Payne (Oct. 25) … recorded pass breakup against Bethel (Sept. 6).

2024: Second Team All-ASC … Played in 12 games … totaled 26 solo tackles with 13 assisted tackles … grabbed interceptions against Bethel (Sept. 7) and Howard Payne (Nov. 16) … added four pass breakups … recorded a season-high nine tackles, all solo, at Bethel (Sept. 7).

2023: Spent the season developing with the junior varsity team.

Gavin is a business management major at UMHB and currently serves as the American Southwest Conference SAAC President and UMHB SAAC Vice President. He participated in football, track, wrestling and soccer at Leander High School. Gavin was a second-team all-district selection in football and team MVP. He was also the team MVP in track and won the district championship in triple jump. Gavin was a regional qualifier in track and the long jump runner-up. Academically, he was an all-district selection in all four sports. Gavin also participated in CCMA. He is the son of April Brzezinski.
