Biography

Hunter is a criminal justice major at UMHB. He participated in football, track and powerlifting at Orangefield High School, where he was a four-year letter winner in each sport. Hunter was a five-time all-district selection, team captain, a Willie Ray Smith award nominee and a two-time all-KOGT honoree. He was also a two-time state qualifier in powerlifting and track and field, placing eighth in powerlifting and sixth in shot put his senior year. Hunter is the son of Chris Ashworth and Nancy Koenig.
