Biography

2023: Spent the season developing with the junior varsity team. 

Joseph is studying engineering and ministry at UMHB. He participated in football, basketball, track and field and tennis at Goliad High School, earning 15 total varsity letters. Joseph was a two-time all-district selection in football, also earning all-area, all-state and Offensive MVP. He was also an academic all-district selection and participated in Tigers for Christ, Student Council and Fields of Faith. He is the son of Joshua Council and Faye Rigby.
