Biography

Jubal is studying an education major at UMHB. He participated in football, baseball and soccer at Hillsboro High School. Jubal was a two-time all-district selection in football with one all-district honor in baseball. He also served as team captain in football and was a Victory Bowl nominee. Jubal was also an academic all-state selection in football, soccer and baseball. He also participated in National Honor Society, Student Council, Student Government, FFA, Ag Mechanics and FCA. He is the son of Joaquin Librado and Ana Estrada.
