Malakhai is a finance student at UMHB. He was a football, basketball and track and field athlete at Georgetown High School, where he was a second team all-district honoree. Malakhai was also an academic all-district honoree and a member of the A Honor Roll. He is the son of Tametheius Miller and Sasha Franklin.
