Karen Goff has been with the UMHB football program since the program’s inception in 1997. She was the first person hired by inaugural head coach Pete Fredenburg and is typically the first person people see when they enter Andersen Field House. She is responsible for all internal football operations, team travel, meals and team business. Goff also serves as the assistant to the head coach. She joined UMHB after spending five years as the Assistant to the Head Football Coach at Baylor University.

Goff graduated from UMHB in the fall of 2011 with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Education EC-4. Her husband, Alex, is also a graduate of UMHB and the couple has four children and nine grandchildren.
