Paul Allen joined the Cru as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in the fall of 2021.
 
Allen graduated from UMHB with a degree in exercise and sports science. He played football for the Cru from 2004-2008. Allen previously owned Oppose Gravity Performance Training.  
 
Allen and his wife, Alyssa, have one son, Fischer.
