Biography

Victor is studying psychology at UMHB and plans to become a psychologist. He participated in basketball, football and track at Stephen F. Austin High School, where he was a two-time all-district honoree and all-state selection. Victor was also a two-time academic all-state selection and member of the Leadership Team. He is the son of Chinyelu Philip.
