Biography

Cory is one of the Cru’s top outside shooting threats and could play his way back into the starting lineup this season.

2011-12: Started in 10 games … put up 113 points for a 5.7 game average … averaged 1.6 rebounds per game, adding nine assists and six steals. 2010-11: Started in 15 games and played in 30, averaging 3.8 points and 2.6 rebounds per game … added 12 assists and five steals … scored season-high 12 points against Texas-Dallas. 2009-10: Played in 13 games as a reserve guard … averaged 2.3 points and 1.2 rebounds … added 2 assists and shot 63 percent from three-point range.

Cory was a standout athlete at Whitesboro High School where he lettered in basketball, track, golf and tennis. Cory is studying business finance at UMHB. He is the son of Donnie and Susie Meals.
