2023-24: NABC Honors Court…Dave Campbell’s Non-DI All-Texas Sixth-Man of the Year … Second Team All-Region 10 … ASC Newcomer of the Year … Second Team All-ASC … ASC All-Tournament Team … Averaged 18.6 points per game with 503 total points on the year … shot .496 from the field and .451 from beyond the arc … tallied 69 three-pointers and 80 free throws… brought down 111 rebounds for a 4.1 average … added 56 assists, 32 steals and four blocks … scored season-high 33 points against UT Dallas (Feb. 8) … had 12 games of 20+ points and 23 games in double-digits.
 
Eli is studying business marketing at UMHB. He participated in football, basketball and track at Big Sandy High School. Eli was a two-time all-state and three-time all-region selection in basketball. He also collected a pair of all-region awards in track. Eli graduated in the top ten percent of his class and was also a member of National Honor Society. He opened his collegiate career at New Mexico and Bossier Parish Community College. Eli is the son of Antony Beard and Shawana Johnson.
