Biography

Elijah is a marketing major at UMHB. He attended Bellaire High School, where he played varsity basketball for four years. Elijah led his team to back-to-back district championships with a state runner-up finish in 2020. He was a first team all-district selection and earned Team MVP. Elijah opened his college career at John Brown University and Oral Roberts, where he helped his team to the Summit League Conference title. Elijah was also an all-conference selection last season. He is the son of Darunza and David Lawrence.
