2017-18: Played in 21 contests … totaled 45 points and 24 rebounds … added eight assists, four steals and two blocks … scored a season-high 10 points at UT Dallas (Dec. 7). 2016-17: West Division All-Freshman Team … played in all 26 games … totaled 113 points and 71 rebounds … scored a season-high 18 points at Southwestern (Dec. 10) … added 17 assists, two blocks and two steals.
 
Ryan is studying business at UMHB with the career goal of going into sales. He played basketball at The Woodlands High School. Ryan is the son of Bernie and Carrie Lang.
