2016: First Team All-ASC … Started in all 18 games … totaled six goals with game-winners against Southwestern (Sept. 3) and Louisiana College (Sept. 16) … ranked second on the team in points, goals, shots, shots on-goal and game-winning goals. 2015: Led the Cru with two assists … started in 15 contests … scored goals against Louisiana College (Sept. 19) and Hardin-Simmons (Oct. 9) … assisted game-winning goals against Austin College (Sept. 1) and Hardin-Simmons (Oct. 9) … totaled 30 shots with 12 on goal. 2014: First Team All-ASC … played in all 18 contests … led the Cru with 13 points and five goals … added three assists … took 20 shots … scored game-winning goals against Austin College (Sept. 5), McMurry (Sept. 6) and Texas-Dallas (Sept. 20).

Case is studying physical therapy at UMHB and hopes to become a physical therapist. He was a four-year soccer letterman at Tyler Lee High School, where he was named District Midfielder of the Year. Case was also a three-time all-district selection, two-time academic all-district honoree and academic all-state recipient. Case is the son of Craig and Diane Carnes.
