2024: Second Team All-ASC … Played in 18 games with 12 starts … scored game-winner against Hardin-Simmons (Oct. 3) with goals against CMS and East Texas Baptist … put six of 15 shots on frame. 

Evan is studying political science at UMHB. He was named Newcomer of the Year and all-district as a soccer player at Allen High School. Evan was also an academic all-district selection. He is the son of Onofre Ruiz and Trina Lang.
