2012: Saw action in 11 games ... contributed to an offense that ranked third in conference in goals scored ... recorded one goal for two season points. 2011: Saw time in 12 matches … Had one assist for one total point … Added five shots … Part of a defense that allowed just 15 goals on the season. 2010: Appeared in 11 matches as a reserve defender ... took one shot and helped key a defense that allowed just 15 goals on the season.
 
Kabutey is majoring in computer science at UMHB. He was a two-time all-district and academic all-district soccer player at Pflugerville High School. Kabutey is the son of Daniel and Alberta Ebeheakey.

Kabutey chose UMHB because he liked the academics and soccer program. He hopes to be a computational neuroscientist after graduation. Kabutey’s favorite food is Ghanian and he says most people don’t know his name means ‘first son.’ Kabutey enjoys watching television, listening to music and playing FIFA away from the soccer field. He credits his parents as having the biggest influence on him as a person and an athlete. Kabutey likes to listen to music and visualize success before every game.
