2024: SAAC President … ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team … Academic All-ASC … started in 13 games as a member of the back line … played 982 minutes at defender … scored goals against Howard Payne (Oct. 5) and LeTourneau (Oct. 10) … put seven of 14 shots on frame … gave up just 10.4 shots per game.

2023: CSC Academic All-District Team … Second Team All-ASC … ASC Players to Watch List … Academic All-ASC …   started in all 16 games with 1,389 minutes on the back line … allowed just 84 total shots on frame … gave up an average of just 10.5 shots per contest. 

2022: All-ASC Third Team … Academic All-ASC … played in all 18 games as defender … made 17 starts … recorded one assist against Pacific Lutheran (Nov. 12) … totaled four shots with one on goal … played 15 complete games. 

Peyton is studying biology at UMHB. He is a member of Pre-Health Fellows and Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society. He played soccer and basketball at Fossil Ridge High School, where he was a 5A State Runner-Up. Peyton was an all-state selection, first team all-conference honoree and two-time academic all-state winner. He was also a member of National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society. Peyton currently serves as the vice president for UMHB’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. He is the son of Jim and Lisa Hoyt.
