Sergio is an exercise and sport science student at UMHB. He played four years of varsity soccer at Georgetown High School, where he earned all-district and academic all-district honors. Sergio opened his collegiate career at Southwestern College and Texas Lutheran University. He is the son of Sergio and Maria Vargas.
