2017: USC Second Team All-West Region … First Team All-ASC … ASC All-Tournament Team … saw 1,840 minutes of action at defender … scored equalizer in UMHB’s 3-2 NCAA playoff win over Trinity … key player on defense that recorded an ASC-low goals-against average (0.66). 2016:  First Team All-ASC … Started in all 18 games as a defender … scored goal at UT Tyler (Oct. 29) … contributed heavily to a defense that allowed just 17 goals all season. 2015: Played in 15 games as a defender with nine starts … took six shots with four on goal … contributed to a defense that allowed just 11 goals.

Steven is studying nursing at UMHB. He played soccer at Plano West Senior High where he was a two-time all-district selection. Steven also participated in AVID, Young Life and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is the son of Sunny Dang.
