Biography

Ashley is a nursing major at UMHB. She participated in basketball, volleyball and track at Cuero High School, where she was a four-year letter winner in basketball and volleyball. Ashley was a four-time all-district selection, a three-time all-area selection and a TABC all-region selection. She was also on the CBCA All-Star team, surpassed 1,000 career points and received several awards for volleyball. Academically, Ashley received eight academic all-district honors and was a member of National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Jeff and Kelly Cannady.
