Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Carissa is studying business finance at UMHB. She participated in basketball, volleyball, cross country, track and golf at Waxahachie Preparatory Academy. She was an all-district and academic all-state selection in basketball. Carissa is the daughter of Barry and Caryn Moore.

Carissa chose UMHB because she liked the university and the pride that everyone has about UMHB. She hopes to be an accountant or financial advisor after graduation. Carissa’s favorite movie is Hunger Games and her favorite television shows are Psych and Grey’s Anatomy. She enjoys playing the guitar and piano when she’s away from the court. Carissa credits her older siblings, Meagan and Benjamin, as having the biggest influence on her as a person and Ken Muse as having the biggest influence on her as an athlete.
