2023-24: Academic All-ASC … Played in seven games … totaled 10 points and seven rebounds … missed most of the season with an injury. 

2022-23: Academic All-ASC … played in one game.

2021-22: Missed the season due to injury. 

Makayla is a biology major at UMHB. She was a three-time all-district basketball player at Hendrickson High School, where she also earned all-academic honors. Makayla is the daughter of Kamika Ward.
