Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Tamicka is studying physical therapy at UMHB. She was an academic all-district basketball player at Thorndale High School, where she also participated in volleyball and track and field. Tamicka is the daughter of Richard and Yvonne Cook.

Tamicka chose UMHB because she liked the proximity to home and physical therapy program. She hopes to own her own business and become a physical therapist after graduation. Tamicka’s favorite foods are pizza and salad. She enjoys reading when she’s not on the basketball court and can’t believe she watches Sci-fi movies. Tamicka likes to pray and listen to music before every game. She credits her older brother Tad as having the biggest influence on her as a person and an athlete.
