Biography
2016: Third Team All-West Region … First Team All-ASC honoree … dominant leader of Crusader midfield that outshot opponents 397-136 … totaled three goals on 25 shots. 2015: First Team All-ASC selection … started in all 17 games for the Cru … led the team with nine goals … scored game-winning goals against Belhaven (Sept. 17) and East Texas Baptist (Oct. 23) … added three assists … totaled 26 shots with 17 on goal. 2014: First Team All-ASC honoree … played a key role in the Cru midfield … started in 15 games with one goal and five assists … scored first collegiate goal at Louisiana College (Oct. 3) … had in two multiple-assist contests … took 22 shots and recorded a season-total seven points.
Sarah is a cell biology major at UMHB and hopes to become a surgeon. She was an all-district soccer player at Hebron High School where she led her team to a state championship and served as captain. Sarah graduated in the top ten percent of her class and was a member of the National Honor Society and a National Merit Commended Scholar. Sarah also earned the AP Scholar with Honor Award and the UIL Scholar Award. She is the daughter of Ken and Carolyn Rempe.
