Biography

Alexis played her way into the rotation at setter last season and should once again play a major role at that position this year. She finished 2nd on the team with 192 assists and also added 12 service aces, 75 digs and five kills in a solid all-around season. Alexis also played one season of volleyball at Bacone College in Oklahoma.
Alexis played her high school volleyball at Horn High School in Mesquite, where she also lettered in soccer. She is the daughter of Drusilla and Anthony Tharp. Alexis is majoring in exercise and sport science at UMHB.
