2020-21: Honorable Mention All-West Division ... ASC All-Tournament team ... played in all 57 sets as UMHB's starting setter ... recorded 398 assists for a 6.98 average ... added eight kills and 20 service aces ... averaged 3.3 digs per set ... recorded season-high 40 assists and 23 digs at McMurry (March 20) ... recorded eight double-doubles. 

Alli is a business marketing major at UMHB. She played volleyball and basketball at Abilene High School, where she was a two-time all-district selection and two-time team MVP. Alli was also a four-time academic all-district selection and earned academic all-state and Team AVCA honors. Alli was a member of National Honor Society and TAFE. She played one year of collegiate volleyball at Austin College and is the daughter of Kyle and Didi Pierce.
