Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

2019: Played in 61 sets ... averaged 1.1 kills, 1.23 digs and 0.56 blocks per set ... had a season-high nine kills against LeTourneau (Oct. 19) ... recorded season-high 18 digs against Southwestern (Oct. 22).  2018: Played in 28 matches … led the Cru with a .392 hitting percentage … hit 162 kills for a 1.86 kills per set average … added 19 digs and 84 blocks … hit a season-high 12 digs against Austin College (Oct. 16).

Hope played volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis and ran track at Rogers High School where she earned 14 varsity letters. She was a four-time all-district volleyball player, also earning Newcomer of the Year, District Offensive MVP, District MVP and All-State honors. Hope also earned Sixth Man of the Year and all-district honors in basketball. She was an eight-time academic all-district selection and two-time academic all-state honoree. Hope was also a member of Student Council, FFA and National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Larry and Tanya Hoelscher.
