2020-21: Played in six sets as a reserve middle ... totaled four kills. 

Payton is a nursing major at UMHB. She participated in volleyball and track at Wimberley High School. Payton was a six-time all-district selection and earned All-Centex. Payton was also a three-time academic all-district honoree and earned academic all-state honors. She also participated in Leo Club, National Honor Society and PALS. Payton is the daughter of David and Heidi Knight.
