2018: Google Cloud/CoSIDA Academic All-American … All-ASC Team … ASC First Team All-West … led the ASC with 120 blocks … averaged 1.13 blocks per set … totaled 289 kills for a 2.41 kills per set average … recorded a pair of season-high 15-kill performances … added seven assists and 38 digs.  2017: COSIDA Academic All-American … All-ASC Team … ASC First Team All-West … set new UMHB record for hitting percentage in a season (.373) … ranked second on the team with 100 blocks and 27 service aces … third on the team with 269 kills and a 2.49 kills per set average … hit a season-high 16 kills against UT Dallas (Nov. 4) … had 11 blocks against Hardin-Simmons (Oct. 3). 2016: Honorable Mention All-ASC … averaged 2.23 kills per set with 241 total kills … added 25 aces and 121 digs … ranked second on the team with 80 blocks … hit a season-high 18 kills vs. UT Dallas (Nov. 4) … recorded 10 double-digit kill performances. 2015: Played in 27 sets before suffering a season-ending injury … totaled 71 kills for a .255 average … added 17 blocks and 41 digs … took a medical redshirt.

Sarah is a nursing major at UMHB. She was a four-time all-conference volleyball player at Stillwater Christian, where she also earned all-conference honors in basketball. Sarah also earned all-tournament honors in both sports and was the MCAA Volleyball State Tournament MVP her junior and senior years. Sarah also participated in National Honor Society and earned the ACSI Distinguished Christian High School Student Award twice. She is the daughter of DJ and Theresa Paolini.
