BELTON, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's tennis team closed out its regular season with an 8-1 loss to Hardin-Simmons Saturday afternoon in Belton.
Chloe Norris and
Victoria Rendon teamed for an 8-6 victory at #1 doubles to give the Cru its only point of the match.
UMHB finishes the regular season at 6-5 overall and 2-3 in American Southwest Conference play. The Cru will advance to the ASC Championship Tournament as the #4 seed from the West and will open the tournament against the East Division champion. Hardin-Simmons won the ASC West Division, finishing 7-6 overall and 5-0 in the ASC.
