TACOMA, Wash. – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's soccer team edged Puget Sound University 1-0 Friday evening in Tacoma, Wash. The win improved the Cru to 2-1 on the season while Puget Sound fell to 2-2.
McKenna Cook gave the Cru an advantage in the second minute of play. UMHB was able to withstand a strong Puget Sound offense and took the 1-0 victory.

Colby Case led the Cru with two shots each while seven other athletes added one. UMHB totaled 11 shots while Puget Sound had nine.
Javier Zaragoza earned the win in the net for the Cru, making two saves and recording a shutout. The Cru recorded four shots on-goal to Puget Sound's two and took seven corner kicks to Puget Sound's six.
