BELTON, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's soccer team fell 3-1 to No. 3 Trinity University Tuesday evening in Belton. The win improved the Tigers to 6-0 on the season while the Cru fell to 4-2-1.
Trinity jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first half with a 19
th minute goal from Colleen Markey and a 42
nd minute goal from Halleanne Dure. Kat Parker responded for the Cru in the 55th minute when
Miranda Aleman found Parker off the cross for a goal in the bottom left side of the net. Trinity added one more goal when Hannah Booher scored in the 71
st minute, giving the Tigers a 3-1 victory. Kat Parker led the Cru to a team-total seven shots with three of her own. Trinity outshot UMHB 16-7 in the contest, putting 13 shots on goal.
Courtney Craig took the loss for UMHB, allowing three goals with 10 saves in the contest. Kalli Douma earned the win for Trinity, making three saves with one allowed goal.

nd in a 2 p.m. match at Howard Payne University in Brownwood.
