"I am really proud of our team for how they protected home court these last three games," Head Coach Sam Patterson said. "Our leadership on this team is strong, and it's evident in games like today. Really great to see us share the ball and have 25 assists on 38 made buckets. Our emphasis in everything we do is about being selfless and playing for each other. I'm happy we got to play everyone on the team these last two games and give all of our younger players some valuable experience. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported this team during this homestand. We're excited about finishing our non-conference play in Virginia next weekend, and we look forward to playing in front of the best fans in the country here at UMHB in a couple weeks in ASC play."

UMHB returns to action January 17th – 18th at Christopher Newport University. The Cru will play Salisbury on Saturday, January 17th before facing CNU on Sunday, January 18th.
