"Today wasn't our best volleyball at all, but it was enough," Head Coach Mark Pryor said. "After an emotional match last night, we knew there was a potential for a letdown today but it was good to see us respond well."

UMHB returns to action on Tuesday, September 7th in a 5:00 p.m. match at Sul Ross State University in Alpine.

"It was a great start for us," Pryor added. "But we have a quick turnaround from Jackson to Alpine in only a few days. We are excited about getting into the conference season."
